PXOD Game of the Year 2011 – Nominations

It’s that time of year again, folks. Twelve months have passed. Hundreds of games have been released. But which of the cream of the crop will become the Press X or Die Game of the Year 2011? There’s only one way to find out.

The formula will remain much the same as last year. Over the next two weeks we will each be pitching our top game of the year. Both to you and amongst ourselves. These are not so much reviews as gushing love letters to the games that enthralled us the most this year. Then, when we have finished, we will convene upon the hallowed halls of debate, and discuss amongst ourselves our top choice for overall Game of the Year, weighing the pros and cons then post this towards the end of the year.

This year, should I be able to work out the logistics, I also plan to put forth a public vote. More on that as and when I figure it out.

As with last year, watch this space as; we will update with links to all our nomination articles here.
