The EA Sports NHL Facebook page today unveiled Stanley Cup and Conn Smyrhe-winning Chicago Blackhawks forward Jonathan Toews as the cover athlete for the 2011 instalment of its main NHL franchise.
This is the first time that two players from the same club have graced the cover of an NHL game for two consecutive years.
The game is scheduled to release sometime around late September, just before the start of the new season. It will be a part of EA’s “Project $10” that they are bringing in to entice players to buy new games, by charging second hand buyers an additional fee to access online features.
