The Spanish language gaming website levelup.com has released 22 new screenshots from Halo: Reach, detailing 3 new multiplayer maps for the game. (Update: The Screenshots have now been pulled from levelup.com, so this article has been re-edited to remove the dead links.)
First up is Reflection, a remake of Halo 2’s Ivory tower, given a Japanese-style redesign. The next map is Zealot, a Covenant-based map that fuses aspects of the previous Covenant designed maps Assembly and Midship. And finally another all new map for Halo: Reach, Spire, focussing on a gigantic Covenant tower on the surface of the planet Reach.
Halo: Reach is available in the US and Europe September 14th, and arrives in Japan on September 15th.
Ivory Tower was godly for customs and CTF matches back in the day. And if I’m no mistaken, Spire looks a bit like Burial Mounds.
Good to have Blood Gulch back and a huge playground to Forge.
