Duke Nukem Forever Lawsuits Settled

It seems that we could be kicking ass and chewing bubblegum* sooner than we think. Developers Apogee Software and publisher Take-Two Interactive have come to an agreement over the infamous Duke Nukem Forever lawsuits.

(* but we’re all out of gum)

Excerpts from a New York court document (below) surfaced online this morning, detailing that both parties have agreed to dismiss their respective lawsuits against each other with prejudice.

So, since the legal war between the two is over, this paves the way for work on Duke Nukem Forever to resume, and hopefully, we might see something soon. Hey, it’s just in time for E3, they could surprise us all with a new trailer to show us that was embargoed because of the lawsuit. Who knows?
